OURBUS COMMUTER CANCELATION POLICY

You can cancel your ticket up to 60 minutes in advance and you'll receive a credit in your OurBus Wallet which can be used for future bookings.

1. Definition

For the purposes of this cancelation policy, commuter routes are those that operate on weekdays only and carry passengers from a suburban area into a city center. Commuter routes are not more than 100 miles in length.

2. Refund policy

Credit provided by OurBus for canceled commuter tickets is refundable to the same card used to purchase the ticket. One-way and round-trip tickets on commuter routes are not refundable. Customers can make cancelations on the website or app.

We do not refund booking fee and facility fee on cancelation.

3. Notice require for credit

You can cancel your ticket upto 60 minutes before departure and transfer the money to your OurBus Wallet for future use.

4. Service disruptions

If OurBus commuter service is severely disrupted (60 minutes late or more) by road closures, accidents, inclement weather or other causes outside the company's control, the 60 minute advanced notice requirement does not apply and the price is refundable. OURBUS INTERCITY CANCELATION POLICY

1. Definition

Intercity routes are defined as any route that is not a commuter service.

2. Notice required for cancelation

You can cancel by clicking on the "Cancel Ticket" button on your emailed ticket or by logging in to the OurBus website/app and finding the ticket under "My Passes", where you'll have the option to cancel upto 60 minutes prior to departure. Once canceled you will be offered a credit into your OurBus Wallet for the amount paid.

If you purchased your ticket directly from the OurBus website/app and are canceling more than 24 hours before the departure time, you'll also have the option to get a full ticket refund.

We do not refund booking fee and facility fee on cancelation.

3. Rebookings

Rebookings and rescheduling of existing reservations are supported. If you wish to alter your reservation, please reschedule your ticket, and choose your favorable trip. A different fare may apply.

4. Processing period

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be posted to your credit/debit card statement.

5. Retroactive cancelations

OurBus cannot provide a refund or cancelation after the bus' scheduled departure time. It is the passenger's responsibility to be at the stop at least 15 minutes prior to departure. OurBus cannot guarantee that you can be accommodated on a later departure.

CANCELATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR OURBUS INTERCITY & COMMUTER

If you booked through the OurBus website or app, you can cancel your ticket up to 60 minutes hours before departure.

  • You can click on Cancel Ticket from your emailed ticket OR
  • Log in to the OurBus website or app. If you don't remember your login information or signed up as a guest, use "forget password" to reset.
  • Go to "My Account" on the menu, then "My Passes".
  • Under upcoming, select the ticket you wish to cancel, then select "cancel".

If you booked through an OurBus partner, you can cancel your ticket up to 60 minutes before departure.

  • You can click on Cancel Ticket from your emailed ticket OR
  • Log in to the OurBus website or app. If you don't remember your login information, click on Forgot Password. If you don't have an OurBus account, then use the same email to sign up on OurBus.
  • Go to "My Account" on the menu, then "My Passes".
  • Under upcoming, select the ticket you wish to cancel, then select "cancel".

OURBUS DOOR<TO>DOOR CANCELATION POLICY

  • Definition
    Door<To>Door rides are connections booked to/from the bus stop to the user's address. These are typically fulfilled by a cab that is brokered by OurBus.
  • Notice required for cancelation
    You can cancel from your emailed ticket or by logging in to the OurBus website/app and finding the ticket under My Passes> Show Door<To>Door Details> Cancel Cab, where you'll have the option to cancel upto 2 hours prior to departure. Once canceled you will be offered a credit into your OurBus Wallet for the amount paid. Door<To>Door cancelations are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
  • Rebookings Rebookings and rescheduling of existing reservations are supported. If you wish to alter your reservation, please reschedule your ticket, and choose your favorable trip. A different fare may apply.
  • Processing Period The amount should be credited to your OurBus Wallet immediately.
CANCELATIONS INSTRUCTIONS FOR OURBUS DOOR<TO>DOOR
  1. You can click on the link in the Cancelation section of the confirmation email sent to you OR
  2. Log in to the OurBus website or app. If you don't remember your login information, click on Forgot Password. If you don't have an OurBus account, then use the same email to sign up on OurBus.
  3. Go to "My Account" on the menu, then "My Passes".
  4. Under upcoming, click on Show Door<To>Details for the trip you wish to cancel. Click on Cancel Cab from there.
