We'd hate to see you cancel your bus ride, but we get it, things happen. Should you need to cancel an OurBus ticket, click on "cancel ticket" in your original OurBus confirmation email. Alternatively, you can cancel when you're logged into your account at OurBus.com or on our mobile app.
We do not refund booking fee and facility fee on cancelation.
Partial cancellation of the ticket is not possible.
Partial rescheduling of the ticket is not possible.
DC Trails, Best Bus and Sprinter Bus tickets are non-cancelable within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time. For cancelations prior to 24 hours of the scheduled departure, the refund will be credited back to the source account.
Please be aware that only the ticket price along with the fuel surcharge and facility fee of your current booking will be credited back to your OurBus wallet and will not cover the booking fee, unless your itinerary has been changed by more than 15 minutes or 0.5 kilometers, excluding scenarios where the time has changed by more than 15 minutes but is still within the duration of the original itinerary.
*Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road conditions, driver rest breaks, or other operational circumstances are not considered itinerary changes and are therefore not eligible for a refund or booking fee credit.

DC Trail/Best Bus tickets can be rescheduled more than 1 hour and up to 24 hours from the scheduled departure time through the reschedule link provided on the DC Trail/Best Bus ticket.
Refund to Wallet & Reschedule Policy:
If a customer chooses to receive a refund to their OurBus Wallet, the refund amount will be credited in USD, based on the original exchange rate at the time of booking.
When rescheduling a ticket, the refund is credited to the OurBus Wallet in USD based on the original exchange rate at booking. However, the new ticket purchase will be charged based on the exchange rate at the time of rescheduling. If the new ticket price is higher, the customer must pay the difference. If the new ticket price is lower, the remaining balance will stay in the wallet.
If any changes are made to the partner trip ticket, it will no longer be eligible for a refund.
*Refund Claim Policy: Passengers may request a refund only within three (3) working days after the completion of their trip. Any refund claims submitted beyond this period will not be eligible for processing. Any refund claimed within the set timeframe will be subject to approval. To initiate a refund request, passengers must email [email protected] with the relevant trip details.

Rebookings and rescheduling of existing reservations are supported. If you wish to alter your reservation, please reschedule your ticket, and choose your favorable trip. A different fare may apply.
DC Trails/Best Bus tickets can now also be rescheduled more than 1 hour and up to 24 hours from the scheduled departure time. Once you click on the reschedule button on your DC Trails/Best Bus ticket, you will be redirected to the DC Trails/Best Bus portal for rescheduling your ticket.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be posted to your credit/debit card statement.
OurBus cannot provide a refund or cancelation after the bus' scheduled departure time. It is the passenger's responsibility to be at the stop at least 15 minutes prior to departure. OurBus cannot guarantee that you can be accommodated on a later departure.
If you booked through the OurBus website or app, you can cancel your ticket up to 60 minutes hours before departure.
